Decal/Label Printing

Vinyl decal printing is a widely used t-shirt printing technique today. This printing technique was popularly used in western countries, then was introduced to Vietnam and became extremely popular. The decal printing technique is mainly used in digital printing, printing on crocodile fabric, and logo samples with small sizes but many colors.

This method works well on both light and dark-colored shirts. We use either PET transfer film or plastic-based decals, depending on the complexity of the artwork. Sometimes, we’ll add an outline or background to the artwork if it is too detailed, small, or complex.

1. Plastic-based decals

Plastic-Based Decals relies on solid PVC sheets or petroleum-based plastisol ink layers. A heat press fuses this thick plastic material directly onto the surface of the t-shirt, resulting in a bold, opaque, and ruggedly durable graphic.

2. PET transfer films

PET Transfer Film uses water-based ink and powder adhesive on a clear carrier sheet. When heat-pressed, the powder melts to bond the ink directly into the fabric fibers, creating a thin, soft, and flexible full-color print.
