Standard Coated Paper with a lamination option (matte or glossy)
Coated paper (also known as enamel paper, gloss paper, and slick paper) is paper that has been coated by a mixture of materials or a polymer to impart certain qualities to the paper, including weight, surface gloss, smoothness, or reduced ink absorbency. After being printed, the process of placing a laminate coating over each presentation folder during the finishing process gives these folders their unique smooth texture. You can choose whether to apply lamination outside or outside and inside of the folder. Please note that the lamination process can only be applied to standard coated paper, not to natural textured paper.

Lamination is a simple process. Once an item has been printed, it is passed through a machine that uses rollers to apply a sticky-back clear plastic to one or both sides of the paper. This machine typically uses pressure and heat to ensure that the laminate sticks. Once the plastic has been applied, the item is cut to size.
Please be aware that the lamination finish can only be applied on standard coated paper. We have two different lamination types including matte and glossy lamination.

Can you create an invitation card design for me?
Yes! We offer design services. Get in touch with us via online channels to order custom graphic design service or select Supply Brief & We Design option in your printing order.
Important notes: Logo design is not included in the price of the banner design option, but you can order it separately( link).
What if I already have design?
If you have your own design and you need to print it, please, upload the file(s) on the product page while performing the order or send it to our email (contact@helixgram.com). If you choose to upload the files directly, allowed file formats are: .AI .PDF .EPS .SVG .PNG .JPG .JPEG.
Please, send design files in vector format (.AI, .EPS, .PDF, .SVG) if possible. Other file formats may not be suitable for high quality printing.
Will I see the design or proofs before printing?
If you order a design service you receive designs made for you. If edits are required, we do them until it is good to go and confirmed for printing by you. (subject to the terms according to the design quotation).
If you have your own design ready to print and you have uploaded the file to the printing order, we will print them as soon as we received your printing order and payment has been proceeded without sending additional content/ image proof to you; unless there are some issues with your provided printing files or we need to clarify some information about your order.
What is your timing, turnaround time?
Design service:
Usually, print design takes about 1-2 days for the first variations to be sent. Further timing depends on the number of client’s edits.
Printing:
Depending on the type of the product turnaround time is different. For standard products, it usually takes about 2 - 4 days. Custom and complex orders may take about 7-14 days.

Do you provide printing services in Vietnam?
YES absolutely. Our major manufacturing facility is located in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City), Vietnam and also in Hanoi, Vietnam. So all urgent orders in Vietnam will be processed quickly and delivered as fast as 1 business day upon request.
Can you ship the printouts to other countries?
Yes 100%, we have been delivering printed items internationally to oveseas companies. You just need to let us know the shipping address, and we will calculate the shipping fee for you based on the amount of items you've ordered, and its weight.
Can I cancel the order, return or exchange the printouts?
Cancellation: Once we have received your order, we will be sorting out the material, resources and facility preparation for that. Therefore, if you cancel your order after making it, please be informed that the payment will not be refunded in any circumstances.

Will the color of the item be the same as on my screen?
Please note that the colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen, depending on your monitor calibration and/or the chosen printing service. Material type may also slightly affect the color.
